Consultants, Inc. provides a comprehensive geriatric psychosocial/medical assessment for their clients in order to determine the care needs and care plan of the elderly person. Each Assessment is completed by a certified geriatric care management team consisting of nurse and Social Worker.

Each client receives a minimum of a monthly assessment from the certified geriatric care management team member.

A Professionally trained Care Coordinator ensures that each companion is individually monitored and supervised.
If our client needs a higher skilled companion than on our roster, we carefully select from a well respected Caregiver Pool to find the best person who matches the needs and personality of our client.
